We did an extensive renovation of our home in 2024. Yager Construction completed the project on time, and on budget, and were always clear in communication as the work progressed. When issues arose (and they always do!), the team was quick to communicate and work with us to find a solution. I highly recommend Yager Construction for large and small projects, and would be pleased to use them again.

My parents got a quote from Yager Construction to rebuild their deteriorating patio back in 2022. After having multiple people try to fix this patio, they only ever succeeded in making it worse. And yet, still took my parents' hard earned money. All of which made us all a little nervous that that could happen again. But Yager came highly recommended and we were getting a little anxious to get the work done in a timely manner. When the quote came in higher than any of us had expected, we decided to go ahead regardless. We knew the work needed to be done before the patio started to actually do damage to the house and we felt confident they would do a good job. David Owens who oversaw the project was an absolute pleasure to deal with from day one. He answered any questions or concerns we had with ease and was so very kind and helpful to me and my parents. He kept in touch and updated us on the project every step of the way and everyone who came to the property was nothing short of awesome.

Once the patio was done, we were all thrilled with the result and waited with bated breath for the final invoice. When it came we were all surprised for it to have come in not just a little below the quote, but like substantially below the quote. Personally, I really like when a company underpromises and then over delivers so to speak, and this very much felt just like that to me. Though we would have paid the full price with no questions asked in exchange for the quality and professionalism we experienced, we welcomed the lower price tag with open arms.  My Dad said he felt like they had won the lottery and I cannot convey to you the joy we all experienced to see my parents have such an over the top fantastically positive experience. Especially after they had been taken advantage of multiple times by "construction companies" or individuals in the past on this patio and other projects on the house. My Mom was so grateful that she spent an entire day baking treats to take to the office in an effort to convey her gratitude. Food is her love language and she's a pretty great baker so I think it probably worked. I hope it did anyway but thought I would write this just in case there was any doubt how grateful our entire family is for Yager Construction.

In our family we called that patio my Dad's "office" because he spent so much time out there soaking up the sun. My Dad worshipped the sun and got to enjoy it on a nice new patio that cost him way less than he expected. I like to think that last fact made it a lot more enjoyable for my Dad who always liked to save a buck.

After my Dad suffered a stroke in the Summer of 2023 we needed to have a railing installed to help him get up and down the stairs safely on their front porch. When I reached out to David at Yager, not sure if they would take on such a small job, he didn't hesitate. He provided a quote and in no time the work was done. Once again nothing but a pleasure to deal with and the railing was perfect and exactly what we needed.

A couple of months ago, David stopped by my parents house to check in since he happened to be working across the street at a neighbor's house. Only to learn the unfortunate news that our Dad was no longer with us.  He comforted my Mom and expressed his condolences. Not only that but he later returned with a card signed by him and others from Yager Construction expressing their genuine and heartfelt condolences. This is a company that truly cares about their customers in a way I honestly didn't know existed in this day and age.

I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone and everyone I know or even complete strangers. And I can finally relax knowing that we have someone trustworthy to call on for anything my Mom may need for the house in the future. I am so very grateful that we hired Yager Construction to rebuild our patio and as an added bonus also completely rebuild our confidence in the construction industry as a whole.
