We received excellent service from Mr. Pouliot. He rebuilt the exterior staircase himself, as we requested (like the previous one - see photos of the gray staircase), but with an addition (central structure) to ensure durability and safety. He did meticulous, efficient, and high-quality work. The cuts are precise and clean. When he left, everything was tidy and clean. We are truly satisfied and highly recommend his services!
