Emma, Roger, Ted and their team remodeled our living space and replaced floors throughout our home. They listened to our goals and concerns and made the effort to allow us to remain in the space throughout the project with as little disruption as possible. We appreciate their support with our needs during the project, as well as how responsive they were to any hurdles or problems that popped up along the way. The project was completed within budget and the time they estimated. While living in construction is never optimal, they did a great job and we love our floors and updated space. We would highly recommend them!
Kraft Custom Construction completed our kitchen remodel in early 2025 and did a great job - we particularly appreciated the transparency of the bidding process and their competence/attention to detail. We also appreciated the high quality materials and design, addition of an island, more usable storage,and ample counter space for cooking and hosting. The kitchen has become the focal point of our house. They did an excellent job with project management and assisting in the design phase. Would recommend and use them again!
I recently hired Kraft Custom Construction to repair/replace some exterior trim and install a new bay window. The experience was outstanding from start to finish! Communication was clear, every question was answered promptly, and I was kept in the loop on scheduling and progress at every stage. The crew arrived on time, treated my home and pets with respect, and cleaned up thoroughly each evening.The craftsmanship was pristine and the overall attention to detail fantastic. They made sure that all aspects of the project/repairs would last - every board-end and trim piece primed and painted, every gap caulked, every vent screened against bugs. The project even came in under budget!From the initial in-house interview to the final walkthrough and questionnaire, Kraft's prime concern is the client's satisfaction.
