Liberty Homes Construction did a great job working for us on repairs after a dishwasher leak. They were professional, honest, and knew exactly what needed to be done. We have a flat roof. Whoever installed the previous roof did a really poor job: leaving out breather vents, having bathroom vents exhausting into the insulation, shaping water flow with foam rubber under the TPO (making sections of the roof unwalkable to prevent rips in the TPO) which still caused the roof to have large puddles, improper anchoring of the roof, basically a really shoddy job. Liberty Homes Construction, on the other hand, did a solid, professional job at a reasonable price. They fixed all of the above issues, plus replacing rotted plywood with new, providing a vent for return air to the furnace, and even installing a new main beam that held up part of the roof. At each step their supervisor came to me, pointed out the problem, and asked for my agreement on what needed to be fixed. I could not recommend Liberty Homes Construction higher.
Mike and Serge at Liberty Homes Construction have been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Our kitchen flooded and the teams they brought in to complete each step of the cleanup and remodel were great and always professional. Mike and Serge were great at regularly keeping in touch on progress. They really went above and beyond on our project. I would highly recommend them!
