Our experience with this general contractor was outstanding from start to finish. They provided a clear plan, realistic timeline, and stayed within budget. The crew was hardworking and respectful, always keeping the workspace tidy. The finished project looks amazing and reflects true craftsmanship. I would confidently hire them again for future projects.

Mike Jarman with Suncrest home builders is fantastic. He is very professional, and you can just trust he's going to get the job done and he is going to do it well. He really loves what he does, and he also cares deeply for the people behind the project. I truly appreciate him and know he is going to take great care of all his projects and people.

I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Suncrest Construction on my kitchen remodel. From the very beginning, their team was collaborative, communicative, and clearly committed to delivering high-quality work. What stood out immediately was how thoughtful they were in the design process—they didn’t just take my initial ideas and run with them. Instead, they made insightful suggestions that improved the layout and functionality of the space without compromising the aesthetic I was aiming for. Throughout the project, Suncrest was reliable and professional. They stuck to the timeline and the budget we agreed upon, which, as anyone who’s done a renovation knows, is no small thing. I received regular updates and felt fully informed about each stage of the process. Every interaction with their team—from project managers to subcontractors—was courteous and respectful. They were careful in my home, kept the work area clean, and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Most importantly, the finished kitchen exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship was outstanding—everything from the cabinetry to the countertops was installed with precision and care. The space feels custom, polished, and durable. Even after the project wrapped, Suncrest conducted a thorough walkthrough to make sure everything met my standards and theirs. Their follow-up and one-year workmanship warranty gave me complete confidence that they stand behind their work. I can’t recommend Suncrest Construction highly enough. They transformed my kitchen into a beautiful, functional space that I truly love. If you’re looking for a contractor who brings expertise, integrity, and attention to detail to every step of the process, Suncrest is it.

Suncrest Construction did an awesome job on our custom home in Salt Lake City. John and Brenden were super easy to work with—always kept us in the loop and got things done when they said they would. The quality of their work is top-notch, but what really blew us away was the kitchen. It turned out even better than we imagined. Couldn’t be happier with how everything came together. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a solid builder!!!
