We had our roof replaced and our ceilings redone. The crew that did the ceilings left our house a mess. They left doors unlocked. When one of the guys in charge showed up to collect payment, he said that dust leftover from ceilings is normal. My wife and I had swept up piles of white dust. The guy in charge told me that contracting so many crews is hard for them to keep up with. To make sure that the jobs are getting done correctly are very difficult. This same crew tried cancelling with out notifying us. We had to get a hotel room for the days they were working. Had they cancelled, we would've been out the money for the hotel as well. Within two weeks, our new ceilings were cracking. The tape used to seal the seams was falling down. CRC had no problem taking our money and making an excuse for crappy service and a level of quality that would have been expected from a middle school art class. This is one company I do not trust and will recommend to anyone that needs work done, to look for someone else. You all that had great experiences, I'm happy for you, but this household was taken advantage of. It seems that this company has an integrity issue. Kirk was the guy that took our money. He couldn't get out of there fast enough when I was asking questions. I can't wait to see what excuse they offer to my review. Instead of saying, "We stand behind our name, let's fix that for you." They do like certain political figures and blame you for the stuff that went wrong. They DO NOT care what their independent contractors do, or the professionalism or quality of work. They just want their money, even if the job is bad, "it's what you payed for." The climate must be right for them making all this money, but the climate is wrong for your customers.
We have used Kirk and CRC for several years. From a roof replacement to our home in Big Lake to a home addition for our home here in San Angelo. We would not use anyone else. Kirk is honest and fair with the way he does business. The new addition on our home looks great and we love it. We would highly recommend contacting CRC for any project you may have for your home.
We enjoyed working with Bruce, Will, and team on some modifications to our home. Bruce was quick to respond for quote and scheduling and Will did efficient and tidy work. Everything ran as smoothly as it could have.We had a good experience and would recommend CRC to others.
I recently had CRC do repairs and paint the exterior of my house. They did an excellent job from beginning to end. Pete and his crew were professional and if I had questions they answered them. They kept their work clean and neat and everyday they had everything cleaned up. If I have any other work to do I will definitely will be calling ClimateRightConstruction.C. Dunn
I am so glad to have used climate right construction on my mom’s house. They did such a great job at a fair price and even went above and beyond to make everything right!
