My bathroom remodel consisted of a walk-in shower. It’s a good product. The workmanship was quality. However, this remodel walk-in shower was TOTALLY OVERPRICED! What was promised to be completed in 3 to 4 days turn into 3 to 4 weeks.The sales presentation was aggressive. Trying to sell me more than I could afford. Really came off as taking advantage of the elderly. That’s my personal opinion and I’m sticking to it.The lifetime warranty is really nice. The supervisor, installer and customer service were all very nice and knowledgeable and got back to me when I called and left a message.If your planning a shower remodel be sure and do your homework.
On Saturday, February 21, Statewide installers Vern Jackson and his son Demetrius completed the installation of my walk-in shower, and I could not be more impressed with their professionalism and craftsmanship.They arrived exactly on time, thoroughly explained the entire installation process before starting, and took exceptional care to protect my home by laying down protective floor coverings from the front door all the way to the bathroom. Their attention to detail was evident from start to finish.The quality of workmanship was outstanding. The shower was installed with precision, care, and true expertise. Once the installation was complete, they took the time to walk me through how everything operates and clearly explained the precautions to follow while the adhesive behind the wall panels fully cures.Mr. Jackson truly knows his craft, and it shows in every detail of his work. Both Vern and Demetrius were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality installation and exceptional service.
Absolutely amazing looking bathtub remodel from Joseph and Jon at Statewide Remodeling. The work was very efficient and tidy throughout the process. The cleaned up perfectly which allows us to still be able to use the toilet while the remodeling was being done. I work from home and hardly even knew they were doing the work. We also felt confident talking with them our their senior field supervisor named Scott Ornelas that we were in good hands. Very professional and will definitely use them on future projects at our home.
From the consultation to completion everything went smooth. We took out our bathtub and inserted a shower. The professional installers work very well in eight hours and were very providing updates as they proceeded with project.
Chris came by to give me a price for remodeling my shower. He was very thorough in explaining. He was patient and kind considering I had him repeat his explanations. I am really excited because after explaining my situation he figured different ways to help me. I was very satisfied with the quote and payment plan. Being single and one income it was perfect for me. I recommend him very highly!
