I hired H5 to build an addition including a bedroom and en suite bathroom, retrofit windows all around, and replace my roof. They completed the job in under 10 weeks, charged me exactly what the contract specified, and I am very happy with the quality of the work. Eddie and his crew were very easy to work with. I contacted five contractors and most of them had all kinds of red flags. I found H5 through a Google search and am extraordinarily happy that I did. I would recommend H5 to my friends and family.
Honesty, work ethic, quality and value are hard to find in construction, and H5 checked all of those boxes. The owner of the company, Heriberto, is a great person who takes his job seriously, will work with you and his employees are punctual and respectful. We had our bathroom remodeled, but (as Heriberto told us) they do everything! The workers would warn us if anything needed to be shut off and for how long (water) and they would clean up after themselves at the end of each day. I’ve had other contractors show up who blast music all day and are yelling at each other. Not these guys! Half the time I had to check that they were even in the house. Like I said, very respectful. I would definitely recommend H5 Construction and we plan to use them on several projects in the future.
If you are looking for a contractor, you can stop looking now. I feel like I hit the jackpot after hiring H5 to do a bathroom remodel on my house. Heriberto was upfront with cost, and worked with my wife and I to help make reality meet our expectations. They are extremely professional and explain every aspect of the renovation. We worked exclusively with Guillermo, and could not have been more satisfied with the work he did. I cannot recommend this company enough. I plan on using them again for any upcoming home projects.
I was referred to H5 construction thru a friend when I decided to completely remodel my condo and I'm so glad I decided to do this project with them. They worked on everything from gutting the bathroom to new floors, paint, tile, lighting, etc. When I got the timeline for the project, I added a few weeks to the timeline since you always here the stories of a 2 week project taking 3 months. Well, this team met the deadline they gave me and did so without cutting corners. They helped me every step of the way, were in constant communication and the results were amazing! They were professional and the quality of work was excellent. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects.
