Lumina Builders Inc.

We started an unexpected and challenging renovation of our master bath including structural change and redesign. Designer Tal has done a good job making the right decision even after our initial doubts. Project manager Amit and team especially Eric has been doing great job planning and executing the project including continuing fixing few remaining issues until our satisfaction. The final finish is worth the price, which is why I am giving five star review. If there is one thing can be improved I would suggest focusing on major brands materials to ensure quality control standards. Again, great work nice done. Thank you Lumina Builders!

We recently completed a full home renovation with Lumina Builders, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! As first-time homeowners embarking on such a significant project, we initially felt a bit nervous. After obtaining bids from five highly-rated builders, Lumina and our project manager, Tal, truly distinguished themselves. Tal took the time to thoroughly understand our vision and helped us accurately estimate the total project cost, including finishes. Once we chose Lumina, Tal excelled in communication, consistently keeping us informed and ensuring the project stayed on schedule. His professionalism and attention to detail shone through, especially during the walkthroughs to review the progress. Tal's high standards for his team's work are evident in the stunning outcome of our renovation. We are incredibly satisfied with the final result and would highly recommend Lumina Builders!

We've worked with many builders on home renovations on both the East and West Coasts. This project was our 5th renovation. When we met with prospective builders, we knew we needed someone we could have absolute trust in because our budget was limited and we couldn't afford surprises. We also needed someone creative and flexible enough to contribute ideas and solutions that worked within our constraints (and that could brainstorm ideas with us). We needed someone that could see through the tiny 1BR, 1 bath and imagine what we were imagining. And we needed someone that could handle design thru build and all aspects of the project. We are unbelievably grateful we went with Lumina Builders. From the envisioning phase through completion, they were a true partner in every sense of the word. We appreciated our project manager Ron's skill at interpreting our ideas, figuring out how to make it work within our budget and going the extra mile to ensure we're happy with the outcome. It was a true collaboration and we couldn't be happier! The Lumina team completely transformed the house over the course of the project and made our vision come alive. The entire Lumina crew were top notch, hard working pros and their attention to detail was impressive. We love our remodeled home and are grateful to Lumina for turning our rough sketches into our family home.

I can’t say enough of how impressed my wife and I are with the team at Lumina. After 3 bids we felt the most honest bid was from David and we are so happy with our decision. We had an outstanding experience with Lumina Builders and couldn’t be happier with the results! They recently completed a major remodel for us, which included a full kitchen renovation and a home expansion. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and highly skilled. Thank you for making our dream home come true!

We hired Lumina for a complete master bath remodel after seeing work they did for a friend of ours. Shon was our project manager and was very attentive, was here everyday to inspect project progress, and did everything to ensure we were happy with everything. The crew was great, always courteous, and cleaned up so well at the end of every single day. We LOVE our new bathroom! We would definitely use Lumina for another project and would recommend Lumina to anyone else looking!
