Osvaldo is the best! His attention to detail, work ethic, communication skills & professionalism made each job seamless and predictable. I had a deck on the second level of my house that needed repair or replacement. Reached out to 3 contractors to obtain estimates and their opinion of what needed to be done and how they would take care of it. After getting the information I needed, Osvaldo of Pacific Construction was hired.This is why: One contractor gave me an estimate that only covered replacing the railing. But this contractor stated any additional work would incur additional cost. His estimate was the lowest of the 3.Another contractor's estimate included the railing and deck floor. Their estimate was above high.Osvaldo was the only one that mentioned the support beam was rotting at the base. He explained everything that should be done and how he would do it. When I received his estimate it listed everything he was going to do with the cost. Osvaldo's estimate was very reasonable. Throughout the entire job Osvaldo and his workers were on time, polite, and always cleaned up at the end of the day.
