We recently decided to remodel our kids’ bedroom closets to create more organized space. After signing the contract and making our first payment with SF Construction ADU and Room Additions, we were scheduled for installation. The original appointment was set for the morning, so I cleared my schedule to be home. Although there was a delay in arrival and some communication issues with the office, the team made sure to follow up and resolve things. Later, Roger, the general manager, personally reached out to apologize for the mix-up and listened carefully to my concerns. He was very professional and took responsibility for the situation, making sure everything would be handled properly. During the installation, the crew did a great job and even included a clothing rod and belt rack as a thoughtful gesture for the inconvenience. Camden, the installer, noticed that one of the closet measurements was off, but he quickly made adjustments on-site to ensure everything fit perfectly. He even fixed a drawer that wasn’t closing right and crafted a new clothing rack from leftover material, which was a nice touch. Overall, I’m happy with how our closets turned out—the kids have so much more usable space now. The price was fair, and the quality of work met our expectations. I’m already considering using them again for a pantry upgrade and another bedroom closet makeover.
