My parents hired Green Bay Remodeling to update all of their bathrooms, which hadn’t been renovated since they bought the house in ‘76. They finished the entire project in 5 weeks. The two bathrooms and powder rooms now look so modern it feels like a brand new home. The designer was very patient and kind with my parents, and our Project Manager, Oren, was fantastic. He communicated clearly and effectively answered all of our questions. Highly recommend.

We had a remodeling project to partially open the wall between the living and dining areas and install a custom counter and TV console in the openned space. In addition, we decided to replace the carpets on 3 bedrooms and remove the carpets from the staircase and match it with the vinyl in the living room. Green Bay team did a great job helping us in every step from planning, to connecting with 3rd party suppliers for counter and carpet, to execution. Tom Reubens, our project manager, was just awesome! Tom was always available, and super efficient going above and beyond to make sure we can get the job done on time and with excellent quality. We are very happy that we chose Green Bay Remodeling for our two bathrooms! Alon was wonderful to work with and understood that we valued quality work and attention to detail. Our designer, Alex, had excellent recommendations for the tiles to make it look like a spa. Other companies did not have experience installing a steam shower.

We chose Adir at Green Bay Remodeling because we felt confident that he would ensure a good job was done and that the project would be done timely. We appreciated his great eye for color and design and his understanding of how to execute what we wanted. In addition it was great not to have to worry about organizing inspections with the city, which can sometimes hold up projects if not managed well to keep things moving. The people who did the building work, (big thanks to Francisco and his team) worked hard and were always polite, kind and cleaned up after themselves. With almost daily visits, and regular updates by text and in an app we always knew where we were in the project timeline.
I recommend Green Bay if you know you will need permits for your construction project. I would use them again.

This year we decided to finally remodel our 50+ year old kitchen and to refresh our two bathrooms. We had a lot of ideas on what we wanted, but didn’t know what was feasible. We really wanted to work with a company that would help us with the design, to guide us with choosing materials, to manage the work crew, and to deal with city permits and inspections. Above all, we wanted a company with good communication skills and follow-through.

During our first meeting with Alon Attias, we talked about our requirements, he answered our questions, and we talked about possibilities for the different rooms. By the end of our first meeting, he had a mock-up of what the kitchen might look like. At that point, we chose Green Bay to do our remodel.

Alon set up a text group through which we could communicate. We were given access to a Green Bay portal where Alon provided status updates and in progress photos of the project. Alon was also frequently on-site checking the progress. Alon helped us coordinate with the external suppliers for windows and for the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, flooring, and tile. At any point, we were able to get timely responses to our questions through the text group or by phone. (A word about the Green Bay crew: these people are hard workers!)

Modifications to the original design were handled by Alon in a professional, expedient, and helpful manner. Issues related to scheduling or execution were addressed promptly.

We now have two remodeled bathrooms that we love, and a kitchen that is gorgeous! We are so happy with the work, that we have signed up for phase 2: making the rest of our house look as good as our bathrooms and kitchen.
