Hello! we're Jim and Dolly, a retired couple from the Bay area. We just wanted to let others know of the great home & yard remodel that we were lucky enough to have done, (thanks Angie’s!) We're talking about Step Up Construction of San Jose. Step Up managers David and Dan were most pleasant to work with and eventually we became good friends. Their teams of construction workers headed by Caesar seemed tireless in their pursuit of stepping us up to a fabulously adorned home, which, at 50 years old seems like a new home now with replacement of two large redwood decks and under-deck cement, full basement floor cement, two sidewalks surrounding our house and back yard and to cap it off artificial grass which frames our garden beautifully. The quality is top-shelf and service was always delivered promptly with smiles throughout. But we were the ones smiling when the bill came in, and it was amazing how much could get done for such a reasonable amount, which in turn greatly raised our home value. As I told David, “You’re making me money” and we laughed. Thanks very much to all who were involved.

I recently hired Step Up Construction for an exterior painting and paver project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the first meeting, David, the project manager, was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The exterior paint looks amazing, and the new pavers completely transformed the property. The crew was punctual, kept the job site clean, and paid close attention to every detail. Giving 5 stars to Step Up Construction. Would give 10 stars, but only 5 is available. Recently just finished two bathroom remodeling from Gabriel and Step Up Team. There is not a word to even describe how grateful and happy I am with the outcome of how phenomenal the bathrooms turned out. From the start with the scope of work Gabriel was very professional, very detailed, transparent, honest from A to Z and on top of this, he genuine cares for his clients as well as the work. This is absolute paramount to me. Step Up has a few project manager that are awesome. Amy was majority the one taking care of my project. She was excellent in providing 150% support, inspection appointments, sending videos of the project , buying materials and communication daily to make sure the clients and Step Up team are all on the same page. Any questions I had she would answer immediately and that gave me peace of mind knowing things are well taken care of. All in all. Step Up Team “Stepped Up” and knocked it out of the park. Fabulous job and were dedicated to their doing their work correctly, very precise on the detail, clear and on time. In the end I was surprised when Gabriel sent a clean up crew to have my home deep cleaned. Gabriel and Step Up Team made me feel like Family.
