Our experience with Royal Lyon Construction was outstanding from start to finish! From our first meeting with Nate, he was honest and set realistic expectations for our home addition project. He took the time to truly understand our vision, and when unexpected challenges arose, he was always proactive, communicative, and resourceful in ensuring our vision came to life exactly how we wanted it.
It was clear from the beginning that Nate genuinely cared about our project. He was never hasty or rushed, and made sure that everyone working on the project shared the same commitment to quality. Thanks to him, we ended up with a phenomenal final result!
Not only is Nate an incredible contractor who helped bring our vision to life, but he was also kind, respectful, and trustworthy. It was an absolute pleasure working with him! The scope of my project is a complete renovation of the house. Basically 4 walls left and everything inside is new.
He organized the designs, permits, subcontractors and keeps me up to date on what is happening and what is coming next.
The project started in May 2025.
I worked with him about two years ago with another small renovation. He was fantastic.
He was a referral from a coworker.
The house was built in 1967. There have been some surprises but they were talked about when making the budget.
The project is moving fairly fast. Permits and inspections have been coming on time.
Brad’s communication is excellent. He is thorough on his notes. He has a 10 in communication.
Brad’s oversight of the project is a 10. He knows everything that is happening at the present and what is coming.
