Just completed by bath remodel with JEM. Jeanine is a true gem (pardon the pun) --- professional in everyway. They completed the project on time, and miraculously, on budget. There were additional expenses along the way due to my changes, but those were minimal. 1: Jeanine gave me best price out of the gate (after getting bids from 3 others. 2: Jeanine secured best price for me on my fixtures --- huge savings, better than what I got myself after extensive research and shopping around. 3: Jeanine's crew finished on time as per her estimate. 4: most importantly, final product is absolutely gorgeous. If you can't already tell, I recommend her highly.
We contracted Jem Remodel and Jeanine to do a full remodel of our four bedroom home. This included a totally new kitchen, popcorn ceiling removal, wood floors throughout, three bathroom remodels with tiling, new paint. You name it, we needed it.I can not overstate how great it was to work with Jeanine. She is ALWAYS responsive and the work done on our house exhibited amazing quality throughout. JEM Remodel (owner Jeanine El Melki) was referred to me by several friends for whom she has completed several kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and a full house remodel. She just finished two bathroom remodels for me and I am thrilled with the results. I wish I could give her more than five stars because she deserves more. The whole process was very pleasant and smooth from the first visit to her showroom where she helped me select materials, to the final day of work only two and a half weeks later. Her crew is pleasant, very skilled, and cleaned up after themselves every day when their work was done. Love JEM Remodel- they worked on a couple flips for me. They always come in at the best value and are faster than others I’ve used in the past. Jeanine also helps me pick out what’s most popular and modern and selling in homes. The pictures say it all but I appreciate the professionalism, price, courtesy, and final product.
From when I first met them at the house to handing over the final payment, Emily and Jeanine have been an absolute pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them on future projects. Emily and Jeanine along with their team, did our kitchen, bath, and floors of our house (2 bedroom / 1 bath). Like many others, I was initially worried about three things: the timeline, the cost, and the trust in them to help us with our first remodel. Every step of the way Emily and Jeanine answered any of our questions or concerns within a moment's notice and never did I feel like I was waiting for a response. The project took a little more than 2 months, which was exactly what they told us from the beginning. In addition, the initial budget that we agreed upon was met to the exact dollar (only changing due to us having them do additional work that was not initially in the scope of work). Now three months later and being able to host our first holiday party, I cannot thank and recommend JEM and their team enough.
