My wife and I had Feldman Construction remodel two existing bathrooms and add a third along with a new master bedroom. The entire project came in on budget -- not a single surprise expense! -- and we're thrilled with the results. Right from the start of the bidding process, Feldman worked to make sure that we were translating our architect's designs into practical, real-world construction. These sorts of details made all the difference in the end -- things like putting shower controls on the wall opposite the shower heads for easy access, and putting special trim at the top of tiled walls to ensure that condensing water runs off completely after a shower. Feldman ensured we passed every inspection the first time and that every element was done right. All in all, we had a great experience working with the entire team at Feldman Construction, and we'd be happy to work with them in the future if we decide to expand our home again.

We were extremely satisfied with Feldman Construction. We have worked with Ginadi Feldman twice (2 different bathrooms). We remodeled one bathroom with Ginadi (in 2022), and didn’t look further when we were ready to remodel another bathroom (in 2024). Both bathroom remodels were major, completely gutted and upgraded. We were very happy with the outcome, the timeframe was efficient, and reasonable price (we got quotes for the first project). We will work with Feldman Construction on any future home projects.
Ginadi is honest, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. He truly cares about his clients, and we trust him completely. We highly recommend Feldman Construction.

Installed new windows and doors in the entire house. We also framed and installed a new Bi fold door, 24 ft long
Which created a beautiful huge opening from the living room/kitchen to the yard.
Overall Ginadi and Feldman construction crew did an outstanding job and during the entire process we felt we are in good hands. We will definitely recommend Feldman construction to all of our friends and family.

I needed Stucco work to complete an electrical panel relocation in my house. Ginadi and the team did a stellar job completing it for me. The crew showed up on time did excellent job on the lathe and passed San Jose city inspection without any issue then came back to complete the stucco work after the inspection. Great communication and professionalism. The guys even left everything clean after they’ve finished (extra points in my book)
