Michael, and Park were awsome. The pay attention to all the fine details and thier communication is great! Selvin is thier go to jack of all trades person. He picks up the loose ends and does superior work. The subs they use are excellent as well the Cabinet company replaced our lower cabinets without breaking very expensive countertops! Flooring company did a very good job replacing the flooring. We love it. They do wasome work can't say enough or be happier with thier work. Thank you

AMAZING. I know, seems odd to say the words 'amazing' in the post world of the Palisade Fire. BUT our experience was fantastic. We recently had American Craftsman Restoration handle the dwelling cleaning after the Palisades Fire, and we couldn’t be more impressed. The team was responsive, thorough, and professional throughout the process. A special thanks to Brian, who went above and beyond, negotiating with our insurance company with integrity — never “bilking” the insurer, just ensuring the work was done right and fairly. The post-toxin testing showed excellent results, which is especially remarkable given that our property was immediately next to burn sites. Many neighbors with homes much farther from the fire still showed residual toxins even after cleaning, but our home was thoroughly restored. We highly recommend American Craftsman Restoration to anyone in need of post-fire cleaning — honest, meticulous, and effective work from start to finish.

They were professional, considerate and easy to work with. They picked up their phone when I called and/or called me back promptly. I was just really impressed with each and every one of these guys! Worked with American Craftsman for a second story bathroom repair that was leaking for an undetermined amount of time. Mold was a concern of ours as a previous leak had resulted in black mold growth during a previous incident. Start to finish all the employees at American Craftsman worked professionally during every step of the process. Repairs were completed in a timely fashion and mold testing was performed for peace of mind. Want to give a big thank you to Walter to coordinating all the efforts and shout out to George for some of the best drywall work I’ve ever seen! Happy to have a restoration company I can rely on if the need should arise in the future.
