Merciari Construction Design

We recently completed a major "down-to-the-studs" renovation of both our main and guest house with Anthony and the MCR team. The scope was extensive, including entirely new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical throughout and we are thrilled with the results. As someone who works with many contractors professionally, I was particularly impressed by Anthony’s "open-book" transparency and honesty. He was incredibly patient and collaborative with high-level finishing details, consistently working to meet our exacting expectations. If you want a builder who prioritizes integrity and craftsmanship, I highly recommend MCD. Thank you, Anthony!

As a plumbing contractor, I am always confident referring clients to Anthony at Merciari Construction Design. He is highly skilled, detail oriented, and has excellent communication skills. From remodels to new builds, he is a true professional all around.

We recently finished an extensive home remodel with Merciari Construction Design, which included a complete kitchen remodel and significant structural work, among other areas and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From our first meeting, Anthony and his team were friendly, attentive, collaborative, and great with communicating. When an issue did arise, which is bound to happen in almost every project, Anthony responded quickly and with a solution. His crew and team of subcontractors were skilled, courteous, and cleaned up at the end of the day. We lived in the house with two young kids while the work was being done and we were especially grateful that the guys went out of their way to make sure things were as safe and clean as possible. We would recommend Anthony to anyone and look forward to working with Merciari Construction Design on our next project.

We are so happy to have worked with Anthony and his team for our kitchen remodel. We connected with Anthony instantly- he listened to us, gave us recommendations, understood our vision and what what work was needed to achieve it, and boy did they execute flawlessly. Not only did they execute the plans we had in place but Anthony went above and beyond helping me pick out finished materials and gave recommendations on what to choose from flooring, cabinetry, etc. I had no idea what I was doing but he was always there to answer my questions and was so responsive. I cannot thank Anthony and his team enough for the professionalism and kindness they showed us while working on our project! I’ll be sure to use them on any future projects.
