Carroll Construction

Hard working, professional and fun to work with is the best way I can sum up the folks at Carroll Construction. They pay attention to detail and deliver a product that is always first class. Knowledgeable and reliable, they have assembled a fantastic group of tradesmen to tackle any job. Can't say enough great things about Sam and his crew.

Excellent Company - Great Work We have used Carroll Construction on several remodels on our compound. The work is always very well done and reasonably priced. The architecture renderings are always beautiful and just what we wanted and needed to update the properties. We will continue to use them as our needs arise! Highly recommend them for any historical or other remodel from small to large. They are great to work with.

Carroll Construction renovated our apartment in a landmark building in historic Downtown Savannah. This was my eighth major remodel over a period of about fifteen years in three different states, and this company rates among the very best I've worked with. Their approach is meticulous. Their workers and subcontractors are knowledgeable, dependeable, and experts in their respective trades. They worked seamlessly with our designer to realize our goals. And the finished product exceeded our expectations. If you want it done right, on time, and with the least amount of pain possible, this is the company for you. Just meet with them, and you'll instantly know you're in good hands.

I have worked with Sam Carroll on multiple projects and he does a great job on everything he is involved with. As a preservation consultant - I find working with him and his team to be a complete pleasure and always a great experience. They understand historic buildings and truly care about the ethos of what it means to "preserve Savannah". They care and it shows in their work. I highly recommend Carroll Construction.
