When I was looking to purchase a commercial kitchen he spent time going to look at places and gave his honest opinion on whether it would work or not. When we did finally purchase a kitchen/diner, he came in and did a fantastic renovation - he is very skilled in restaurant renovations.He and his team have worked on all our projects. His team is also really great. We renovated a church in Thunderbolt a few years ago, and Jake Crawley ran point and he was excellent. It came out exactly as we wanted - no actually it came out beyond our expectations.
