Excellent company! Deyan and his business partner responded quickly to a very last minute job request from us for a basement floor project (removing existing carpet and installing laminate flooring for a home gym project we were working on). They worked us into their schedule in a matter of just days and finished the job in a day so our project could keep moving forward. The crew was friendly, efficient and clean and the end product was excellent and reasonably priced (especially given the last minute nature of our request). Would highly recommend working with IL General Construction Services!
Deyan and his team worked with us on finishing our garage which included insulating and drywalling the walls / ceiling, installing new lighting, making sure all the outlets were GFCI rated, and mudding / painting when it was all done! They even mounted our TV for us! His work crew was incredibly respectful of our home and did not fail to answer any questions we had or change the plans along the way and the pricing was fair. They will be our first call for other home projects in the future!

Deyan and his crew painted and updates the front of my house. They were punctual.Did a fantastic job painting and cleaning up after themselves. They also adjusted my front door for easier closing.
