They helped us double the square footage of our home, and the entire project stayed on budget, on schedule, and delivered truly high-quality work. James, our general contractor, was exceptional. He created the drawings, managed the project execution, and ensured everything came together exactly as we envisioned. Jennifer kept communication seamless from start to finish — always accessible, responsive, and proactive in keeping us updated. Taylor brought our unique design ideas to life and made sure every detail was thoughtfully implemented.

We found R3 through the Better Business Bureau website, and we are SO HAPPY with all the work they have done for us. We liked it so much that we also hired them for our next 3 home remodel projects! The workers were always very careful and perfectionist, leaving every detail absolutely beautiful. When we didn't have solutions or ideas during the planning stage, they were able to provide guidance and give suggestions. Our cabinets are high quality, our counter is beautiful, and our flooring is durable and scratch-resistant. The company was always honest, responded promptly to all our messages, solved problems whenever they came up, and had very good communication with what was happening and when people would be on site. They remodeled our kitchen, replaced most of our flooring, added custom cabinets, replaced our garage door and opener, built new doors for the shed behind our house, and installed a composite deck. We highly recommend them for anyone needing contract work.

Jennifer and James are always very responsive, and kept us up to date throughout the project. I appreciated their open communication and their responses to any concerns we had. The workers were all great! They were all very kind and did great work. We will be using the R3 for future projects!

James, Taylor and the entire R3 team gave me a brand new house that is beyond my dreams. They took a 1950's ranch with walls upon walls and turned it into a modern showpiece. Almost everything but the exterior walls were touched. The entire process from design to build was flawless.

You hear so many horror stories about bad contractors but R3 can be trusted to delivery high quality work in a timely manner. So much trust that I went to stay with family out of the state during the entire 11 week project. There were folks that thought I was nuts for handing a stranger keys to my house and leaving but I had complete trust in James and the team and knew everything would be taken care of. I received weekly photo updates and was in regular contact with James throughout the entire process. He was always just a phone call or text message away. Any questions or concerns were always addressed in a kind professional manner.

I would give them 10+ stars if I could. I trust no one else for any type of work/repairs.
