We had a general idea of what we wanted, but Rhonda took that idea and created a spectacular design that was everything we wanted and more. We really appreciated that she kept our original vision in mind, but brought it to life and amplified it into an amazing master bathroom.Jose, the team lead, was also excellent. He did great work, was good at communicating who and when his other team members would show up, and including us in any decisions that needed to be made.The final product turned out so great, and it is impressive how much it looks just like the rendering that we were expecting. Our experience with 123 Remodeling was the complete opposite of the typical remodeling horror stories you often hear. From the very first meeting, we were impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and depth of experience. Unlike other companies we spoke with, their team came prepared—immediately measuring our space, asking thoughtful questions about our design preferences, and, within two weeks, presenting us with samples and concepts tailored to our vision.One of the most refreshing aspects of working with 123 Remodeling was how comfortably and transparently they discussed the budget. They not only respected our budget from day one, but maintained that respect throughout the entire process—something we truly appreciated.While there was a designer change early on, it had no negative impact on our experience or timeline. We worked closely with Danny for the duration of the remodel, and he was an absolute standout—highly communicative, full of helpful advice, and always mindful of our style, material efficiency (we have two kids and 4 dogs) and financial goals. We also want to give a special shout-out to Bobby, the foreman, who ensured all the crews worked timely, efficiently and cleanly—a rare combination in remodeling! Bobby- was absolutely amazing and we never doubted his leadership in this remodel.The entire project took about three months to complete, which was right on schedule with their initial estimate. That kind of timeliness is practically unheard of in home renovations.We now have the home of our dreams and couldn’t be happier. We hired 123 Remodeling to give a face lift to our new home. Our project covered gutting 2 bathrooms including master, kitchen, framing to create an office, drop zone update and other smaller miscellaneous updates. Pricing was fair compared to other design/builds and we liked their process. Rhonda and her team (special mention to coordinator Vanessa and contractor team Bobby, Lusian) were exceptional at getting the job done within our desired timeline. Any time hiccups arose(no renovation has none), they were always quick and ready to find a solution, even if it meant getting on a zoom call at 10pm. They truly care and will move mountains to keep the client happy. Would recommend and would use again.
Can I give more than 5 stars?It all started with Rhonda the designer. We couldn’t see how we were going to make our retirement home work. She came up with a design that blew us away. Rhonda helped us with choosing flooring, cabinets, color schemes and finishes. Word of advice, listen to Rhonda carefully and follow her guidance.Ben the magician turned the vision into reality. He uses a top notch staff of professionals throughout the build process. His work was so good that we kept expanding the project to make our once dungenous house into a functional masterpiece. Price was very reasonable and Ben went above and beyond every single time. The response time was instantaneous and he was able to complete each request we asked of him. Best of all, the team showed up everyday to work and completed the job early!We interviewed other companies but knew 123 Remodeling was the best choice once we met Ben & Rhonda.
