ArDan Construction was excellent from start to finish. They did a top-to-bottom overhaul of our property's stormwater drainage plan. Existing drain pipes were upgraded and additional drain pipes and drains were installed. The project required digging up parts of the landscape and working under the home's foundation. It was nerve wracking to see the work underway, but well worth the peace of mind when the job was finished. They wrapped things up so nicely that I couldn't tell where the digging had occurred. Top 3 reasons to hire them: 1. Quality workmanship 2. Professionalism 3. On-time completion. I was super impressed with their job execution/workflow, and I sensed that the employees truly care about the customers and the quality of the finished product.

ArDan Construction gave our kitchen a much-needed facelift, and the results are incredible. We went from a dark, outdated space to a bright and modern kitchen. They expertly removed our old black counters and Mediterranean style backsplash, replacing them with a beautiful Patagonia countertop complimented by crisp, classic subway tile with some added flair. The transformation is truly night and day.

The additional upgrades, such as a custom-matched cabinet and soft-close hinges and drawers, have also made a huge difference. The new wine fridge is now a focal point, and the new cooktop and sink have elevated the entire cooking experience. Thank you to the entire ArDan Team, most especially Serg, TJ, and Ben for bringing our vision to life!

ArDan Construction was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had contacted several contractors to complete a remodel of our bathrooms and kitchen, and ArDan was the only one that stood out. From beginning to end, they were excellent, well-organized, provided updates, portals, pictures, and suggestions for design. The quality of work was excellent, with every detail impeccable. We appreciated that they showed up every day on time (very hard to find in contractors) and made the process easy. They completed on time with amazing service from Steve, to Aaron, to Serge, the ENTIRE team was superb. Can't say enough amazing things about this company and the wonderful people who work there.

The miracle isn’t that I am happy with my remodel experience and beautiful new home spaces. It’s that the crew is still talking to me after the 3 month adventure. You can see my type A+ personality coming from a football field away. In my house everything has a place and most definitely everything should be in that place. My garage storage bins are see-through, but just to be crystal clear that we all understand what is inside, they are also labeled. Although it might seem that a client knowing what she wants is ideal, I also know that I want it 2” to the left… and 27 degrees counter clockwise. I know just enough about construction to be annoying and am curious enough about learning more to be exceedingly so. I have a large, obnoxious escape dog for workers and subs to navigate, an impossible walled entry to the site, a cantankerous neighbor, and a supernatural attention to fine detail. Understanding my personality, hear that from the first meeting with Steve to working with my Super, Sebastian, and PM, Aaron, and all the subs… it was a phenomenal adventure. Steve made me feel like my ideas were possible (even the out of the box ones), Wade kept on top of my design concepts (even when they changed hourly), Sebastian made me feel helpful (even when I was surely not), Aaron made me feel heard (even when I didn’t say anything), and ALL of the subs made me feel like my project was special, not just a paycheck. I’ve been through several remodels in the past, so when I say that the project area was always left tidy, project updates (including photos) were sent daily, the cul-de-sac always free of debris, the neighbors always surprised by how courteous the workers all were, and that the petrified wood stump was precisely situated to my liking in the bathtub, understand that is NOT my past experience. I would ONLY use ArDan again. They have the skill, knowledge, problem solving, contacts, subs, excellent design support (thank you Angelica!), cheery support staff, hard working and timely crew, cleanliness, organization, honor, family feeling and high level attention to detail that make all of us type A+, control freaks do something that is very hard for us, by nature, to do… RELAX. I will miss having ArDan around, but I am SO EXCITED for the wonderful gift of the new home spaces that they have created for my family and obnoxious dog to enjoy.
