ArDan Construction

ArDan Construction was excellent from start to finish. They did a top-to-bottom overhaul of our property's stormwater drainage plan. Existing drain pipes were upgraded and additional drain pipes and drains were installed. The project required digging up parts of the landscape and working under the home's foundation. It was nerve wracking to see the work underway, but well worth the peace of mind when the job was finished. They wrapped things up so nicely that I couldn't tell where the digging had occurred. Top 3 reasons to hire them: 1. Quality workmanship 2. Professionalism 3. On-time completion. I was super impressed with their job execution/workflow, and I sensed that the employees truly care about the customers and the quality of the finished product.

5/5 stars – Ardan’s communication, timeliness, quality and value are all excellent. I hired them for a home remodeling project and was impressed with how reliable they are. They always showed up on schedule, kept me informed, and completed the work on time. I worked with TJ & Aaron who were very professional and the project ran smoothly. I would recommend Ardan Construction to anyone looking for a dependable general contractor.

ArDan Construction gave our kitchen a much-needed facelift, and the results are incredible. We went from a dark, outdated space to a bright and modern kitchen. They expertly removed our old black counters and Mediterranean style backsplash, replacing them with a beautiful Patagonia countertop complimented by crisp, classic subway tile with some added flair. The transformation is truly night and day. The additional upgrades, such as a custom-matched cabinet and soft-close hinges and drawers, have also made a huge difference. The new wine fridge is now a focal point, and the new cooktop and sink have elevated the entire cooking experience. Thank you to the entire ArDan Team, most especially Serg, TJ, and Ben for bringing our vision to life!
