Level Up Construction & Remodeling

My wife Karen and I had wanted to remodel our kitchen for some time. I have completed extensive remodelling of several homes in the past including work on our current home and wanted to remodel our kitchen as well. Karen convinced me that I was too old (70) and it would take too long to complete. Enter Liran and LevelUp Construction. They had great reviews, many photos/videos of completed work as well as a very good bid price. My experience has taught me that one of the keys to a good contractor is their ability to find and keep good subcontractors. Almost all of the subcontractors that worked on our remodel were top-notch. In any remodel, issues arise that complicate the work, especially those that involve more than one trade. We had several significant ones. We worked with Liran to insure that good decisions were made to resolve them including allowing me to work on the remodel to insure that the project wasn’t unduly delayed. It is very important to Liran to make sure that his clients are happy. For example, we liked the LVT installation in our kitchen so much that we decided we wanted to replace carpet in a ‘hub’ area. Liran included the installation at no cost to us.

We had a great experience working with level up construction team. We had a big project in mind for over a year And we started talk to Fox around before started. The estimate we received from level up was very clear, reasonable and right. Our project was basement conversion with addition to the backyard, the project include building 2 bathrooms in the basement building new kitchen in the basement, levelling the floor and more Liran showed up on time for the meeting,he walked us through all the steps of the project and explain us everything related to our project. We felt so good from the beginning that we in a right hands with this firm. Liran team helped us with the permit process and design process (there is no way we can do it without a professional experience) A to Z company. The project overall takes a little longer than what we expected but for the quality we understand why it takes longer. It’s a very high-level quality and performance All the people that works for this company are very polite and professionals, they always made us feel like they care for our house like they live here. We are very thankful that we choose this company to work in our house, we love our basement so much we’re not stopping getting compliments from all our friends that came to visit. Level up was very reasonable on the price and we appreciate the transparency that Liran the owner let us have. We definitely highly recommend level up construction company to anyone that needs Remodeling project or additions Liran, thank you very much!

Fantastic quality from Liran and co! My wife and I had our bathroom remodeled by Level Up Construction and we are very happy with the results. We got quotes from 4 different contractors, and Liran and Level Up were very reasonable with their pricing. The difference maker is Liran's commitment to doing things the right way, with permits and inspections included. The design process was easy and fun. Our project was challenging, as our house (like many in Seattle) is old, and there were some unique hurdles to overcome (concrete flooring, cast iron tub to remove, and plaster walls). Liran had answers for everything and his calm, level-headed mentality was very reassuring. It's easy to be happy with a smooth project, but what makes Level Up special is their commitment to make sure everything is right and the customer is happy. In our experience, Liran stood behind his work, took our feedback, and made sure everything was perfect. We are so happy to have our beautiful new bathroom. Thanks again to Liran and all!

I cannot recommend Liran and his team at Level Up Construction and Remodeling highly enough! Our journey to a new master bathroom started with a nightmare. Almost a year ago, we hired a different contractor who not only did a terrible job but actually damaged our home. We were left feeling stressed, frustrated, and hesitant to trust anyone else. From our very first conversation with Liran, the owner, we knew this experience would be different. He listened patiently to our story, was incredibly sympathetic, and promised he would do everything in his power to deliver a positive outcome and restore our faith in the process. Liran absolutely delivered on that promise. His attention to detail is second to none, and his communication was excellent throughout the entire project. We were always kept in the loop. Every single aspect of the job – the plumbing, electrical, tile work, painting, and flooring – was handled with the utmost professionalism and competence. Furthermore, every member of his team who came to our house was polite, respectful, and clearly a master of their craft. The final result is a master bathroom that is exactly what we had hoped for. It's beautiful, functional, and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. If you're looking for a contractor who is honest, skilled, and truly committed to a positive customer experience, look no further. We would absolutely use Level Up Construction again and will be recommending them to all of our friends and family. Thank you, Liran, for turning a terrible situation into a fantastic one!
