We recently completed a kitchen and powder room remodel with Sea Renovation. As first time remodelers, it was with some anxiety we undertook this project but from start to finish, it was well managed by Tom, our project manager. He was organized and kept the various crews on time. He was quick to answer questions or messages. He had some great suggestions for us along the way. The various crews in our home provided exceptional craftsmanship and were courteous and respectful. The final result exceeded our expectations. We are happy to give a recommendation for Tom and Sea Renovation. They were reliable and provided a high quality project on time. We hope to work with them again in the future.
I had a leak from the ceiling in my basement, Ben and Daniel from Sea Renovations came by and immediately asked to see the attic and found the leak coming from the roof. My roof was about 20 yrs old so I knew this was coming. They gave me a very reasonable quote for replacing the roof and also for repairing the water damaged drywall in the basement. The new roof looks great and solid, and I was also impressed by the attention to detail when repairing the drywall, which included matching the texture and repainting both the ceiling and sidewall where there was water damage.
Sea Renovation helped me construct an office in my home. They did a fantastic job. Ben and Tom always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The workers did an amazing job with the drywall/paint/electric work. Would definitely recommend.
Sea Renovation just completed a deck project at my house. First, I met with Tom, who discussed design, cost, and available products. He attentively listened to my preferences and offerred helpful suggestions. All aspects of the project were discussed upfront, including payment, scheduling, and product selection and availability. I had received estimates from other companies and their quoted price was competetive. After I decided to move forward with them, they quickly demolished and hauled away the old deck, then immediately began the constuction of the new deck. The work crew was always on time and worked conscientiously. Their work was of high qualiity and thoroughness with apparent advanced knowledge and skills in construction! At the end of each day, the work area was cleared of debris. My new deck is attractive, solid, and exactly what I wanted. There were no unexpected problems or delays.
