We are so happy with our bathroom that we had remodeled by NextGen. We especially loved working with Adrian and Antonio. We could not be more pleased with our new kitchen remodel, thanks to NextGen. From our first meeting to envision what it might be to the final walk-through, the NextGen team treated us with respect and friendliness. They listened to our design ideas instead of trying to steer us toward something we didn’t want. We have a 100+ lb. chocolate lab named Cooper who was “home” during most of the renovation. He likes to supervise any human activity and is quite friendly. Ryan, one of the superb technicians on the NextGen team, made instant friends with our dog and made it possible for us to have Cooper home instead of boarding him while the workers were there. One of NextGen’s values is making sure their customers don’t settle for second best. Many times during the course of the renovation, they would check in with us to make sure everything was perfect, that we were satisfied. When one of our appliances wasn’t working out in the space as we thought it would, Taylor switched it out with something better to make sure we were satisfied. Jeremy, the project manager, reinstalled cabinet doors to make sure they matched the other doors in the kitchen. We spent extra money to have a unique full wall backsplash of marble tile. NextGen hired the perfect tile company to make that backsplash shine. When our flooring didn’t work out the way we had hoped, NextGen connected us with a great hardwood floor company that installed an even better product than we originally had. We had a fantastic experience with Next Gen Remodeling company from start to finish. We had a 1980s paneled living room that need to be updated. Unfortunately many of the other companies that bid it wanted to go with a complete modern look, while that was beautiful- I still needed it to flow with the rest of my house. Next Gen did an amazing job at keeping the balance of the rest of my house while getting rid of the 1980 wood panel look. I love how the entire area flows together now by keeping the beams and mantle and getting rid of the panelling. Their communication was professional and incredibly quick—every question or concern we had was addressed promptly and clearly. They sent daily updates with what was accomplished and what was next. Making it easy for everyone to stay on the same page. We chose to go with Next Gen over other companies specifically due to how easy it was to communicate with them, and how quickly they would get back with us. When unexpected issues came up, they showed excellent problem-solving skills and offered solutions that kept the project moving smoothly. Adrian's experience was much appreciated throughout the entire project. They were respectful of our home and maintained a clean, organized work area throughout the entire process. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and the project was completed efficiently without cutting corners. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality remodeling work.
