Specht Construction is phenomenal. We just finished a project with them that included a complete basement renovation and an addition of a guest room and laundry/mudroom. Henry was wonderful from day 1 and worked closely with us to come up with ideas and solutions for our space. Everyone on the Specht team was outstanding--respectful and thoughtful and full of craftsmanship. Every sub that touched our project was also great. Henry and his team are good, genuine people who care about your home as if its their own and they made our first renovation a true joy.

All of his project managers and staff go above and beyond. Communication is key and they are always one step ahead. Specht Construction produces top tier work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.
Henry and his team were fantastic to work with during our kitchen remodel. Henry was always available to answer our questions. The Specht team and other subcontractors were very professional. Our project went smoothly and from start to finish and was completed in a short time period. We will definitely be using Spetcht construction for future projects in our home.
I solicited 10 companies and Specht won the award to build a mother in law suite, new kitchen, expansion of house and 4 seasons room. They also provided a transformation of the interior space. Their team are local and took such care to us in the pandemic including safeguards with them and their contractors. I could not be happier to have worked with this company and would recommend to anyone. After a 1500 SF remodel and re-addition the entire team of Specht and all staff has been the best and highly recommend. They are good honest people and great to work with. Another thing is this is a small start up business with the highest of craftsmanship from skilled carpenters to plumbers. All of the crew and the owner of Henry and Paig were great to work with.
Working with Specht Construction was a tremendous experience. Henry and Paige were responsive, honest, personable and invested in the project. We remodeled the entire house and Henry was dedicated to each portion of the project. If something deviated from the plan, he called right away to talk about it or showed up on a Saturday morning because he wanted it to be perfect. Henry treated our house as his own. His attention to detail and pride in his work ensured everything was completed with top notch quality, resulting in a beautiful home for us.We’d recommend Specht Construction to anyone!
