A very complicated case with the insurance company lasting over a year. The team, led by Kevin, the project manager, did exemplary work. Proactive, solution-oriented, and forward-thinking, the schedule, involving several trades working simultaneously, worked almost to the day!A valuable asset, along with the administrative file handling at the insurance company level, made my life much easier. The only downside was the centralized method of communication for calls, but hey, it sounds like everything, so I'd give it 6 stars! Something I rarely do.

Overall, I was really happy with the work done. We had asbestos removal, a wall removed, and a new beam installed. The lead contractor, Kevin, came to our house often to check on the work and help translate (I don't speak French well), and he always answered his phone when I had a question. The people on site were kind and respectful. The team always came when they said they would. The only downside was that communication with the office was slow, and our final quote only came after the work was done. That said, I would work with this company again.
