Rene and his RRR team were the best! They did a complete renovation of a ho-hum, dated full bath and a quirky half bath into two bright, modern, and wonderful baths. Rene had great design ideas and helped us with tile and fixture selections. They gave us a 4-5 week timeline and finished on time. The change order process was fair and all changes were promptly handled. The team worked every weekday and asked questions as needed. We highly recommend RRR and will definitely go with them again for any future renovations!
Short Review: RRR accomplished the impossible: A full kitchen remodel, complete renovation of all flooring, and repainted every square inch of a 2,800 sq. ft. house in two in a half months time with quality craftsmanship, transparency, and beauty.Long Review: We got multiple bids for our home remodel. RRR was not the cheapest of the bids but also, not the most expensive. We ultimately chose RRR because of the operations manager, Fernando. He personally assured us that they would try to make our 2 1/2 month deadline. He assured us they would do everything in their power to make sure we had our first home ready to move into when our lease was up. We worked primarily with Fernando, who was extremely kind, forthcoming, and hardworking. He was transparent throughout the entire process. Letting us know that certain design choices would cost more, or if certain items were backordered. He would suggest more affordable alternatives that were comparable to the items that would put us over budget. He was patient with us while we consulted with our interior designer and thought about what we wanted. Fernando, although he was the operations manager, would often be doing manual labor himself along side workers. On multiple occasions I found him and their team at the house working until ten or eleven at night.All of the team was extremely hard working, diligent, and capable. Everything from the detail on the cabinetry, to how the quartz was laid, to the paint job was quality. When I had small issues with some of the renovations, they rectified those immediately. Do not hesitate to use RRR for your home remodel. We will likely be using them in the future.
It was a pleasure working with RRR from the beginning they were very transparent about the process. Including what to expect from the permit process and the associated costs.
