Mark’s pricing was fair, his communication was great and the work is excellent. The entire process was seamless and on schedule. From the demo, to framing, electrical, finishing and cleanup at the end of each day. Mark was working with his son Luke and they make a great team!
Needless to say we are very happy with the results. My wife is already planning the next project and Mark will definitely be my first call.

They were meticulous in their preparation, construction and clean up. They were thoughtful and considerate as they had to go in and out of my house numerous times to complete the project. They showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the project ahead of schedule. They were simply outstanding in every aspect of the job. In addition, their budget was reasonable.

The experience was smooth, and professional. He kept me updated on the schedule and any changes needed along the way with clear estimates. They were always on time and left the work area clean each day.
The finished patio cover looks great and the contractor following him said he did a great job framing the skylights for him to finish the job with the roofing material.
