Great team and a wonderful crew top notch
Chris and team are efficient, professional and their urgency is top notch.
Signed on with him to build porch deck. Led me to believe job would be done by experienced workman. Crew that showed up more like Keystone cops! Under vetted, wrong or no necessary tools, inexperienced! Let Chris know my concerns and he had to provide close supervision so they’d get it done. Ended up with seams that didn’t line up, wood pieces with obvious defects. He admitted to wanting "to give these guys a chance" but then said he would never use them again. At no time before hire did he indicate he'd be using an inexperienced crew. Time came to pay balance and he stuck to full quoted price despite disappointing experience. I guess the good crews get sent to country club and the rest of us get the “B” team?UPDATE: Requested warranty work to address railing joints separating...again. Mr. Pierce sent me a letter negating the entire 1 yr warranty by accusing me or some phantom of removing the railings and replacing them to look worse. I am 73 y/o, ethical, and not prone to sabotage! Deck was shoddily built to begin with and probably settling per contractors I've had come out to check it. Now his anger at being challenged is overtaking any ethics he may've had.
Chris Pierce showed up when he said he would and he finished in a timely manner. He was professional, very kind, honest, and knowledgeable about the many questions I had for him. He was very detailed with his work and did a wonderful job. Everything looked great when he was finished. He cleaned everything up nicely after the job was finished. I highly recommend Chris Pierce Construction.
Great job on repairing/replacing a section of ceramic tile flooring. Did it quickly and efficiently. Team was courteous and professional.
