He showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and delivered exactly what I had envisioned — if not better.

The craftsmanship is top-notch. The shelves are perfectly aligned, the doors open smoothly, and every detail was handled with care. Jake was also very respectful of my home, keeping the work area tidy and cleaning up thoroughly when the job was done.
