Our project started out to be gutters, soffits, fascia, upgrade the back of the house with new cedar siding and repaint the house. Right away Aric and crew ran into problems attaching the fascia because our house is a post and beam. He was great with communication with us and the office. Only solution was to attach it to the roof which now means a new roof. John gave us a very reasonable price for the roof so we move forward. Shingles are torn off and now shows we need all new plywood. Add in replacing the skylight because it’s 40 years old and should be done with the roof. Needless to say the project doubled. That being said, I feel overall they worked with us to give us the best price they could for the additional work. The work ethic with all three crews (roofers, carpenters and gutter guy) was amazing. They worked hard, were very professional and left each day with everything picked up. Phil was our salesperson and was good with communication when I had any questions. I would definitely recommend this company for any work that needs to be done.

It’s been so very cold and the crew was here every day despite the elements. They replaced our roof, siding, shutters and gutters. They did an amazing job. Steve was always available for questions and came to the job several times to be sure there were no issues. We highly recommend Casanova!

Phil C was was absolutely amazing! He came out and worked with us to get us a great price and everything we wanted. He checked up throughout the building process. When they were done he came and did a walk around and made sure we were happy. The guys who worked on the deck were excellent! They weren't loud and obnoxious. They worked quickly and respected the property and cleaned up after themselves. The mason who installed the pavers was absolutely amazing, he did a perfect job and was quick and easy to talk to. He answered many different questions we had and was incredibly patient. Overall we are super happy with our deck. And cant wait to start using it once the weather warms up!

I recently had vinyl siding installed on my home, and working with Phil Catanzaro was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Phil is truly a professional—knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely committed to quality workmanship.

The vinyl siding itself has completely transformed the look of my home. The color is vibrant, the panels are perfectly aligned, and the overall finish is clean and modern. Not only does it look fantastic, but it’s also added noticeable insulation and improved energy efficiency. I’ve already received several compliments from neighbors!

Phil made the entire process easy. He explained all of my options clearly, helped me choose the best materials for my budget, and kept me updated throughout the project. Phil was great, he explained the painting job, and gave us a reasonable price to get the job done. He was also pretty good with communications, and follow ups. The painting crew were friendly, and did care about the job they did. caring about professionalism not so much.
As far as painting / cutting they did a great job, and it looks great. Cleanliness, and respect for others property not so much. All in all, the job looks great, communication, and service were good as well.
I do now have some cleanup work to do, but would use them again if / when needed.
