My husband and I have had a great working experience with Todd for years. We purchased an older home many years ago and have had him work on remodeling and updating our home all those years. I was pleased with my home's new roof installation performed by JEM Contruction of Spokane. And I was very impressed with the manner that JEM's estimate specialist Vincent Velasquez managed and supervised the installation from start to finish. He was on site and made sure that the roofers did a proper job.Mr. Velasquez showed courtesy, professionalism and good work ethics. This type traits in a person are hard to find!
Todd is wonderful to work with. Always on time and very honest. He has helped me with mulitple properties with my Real Esate company. He's don'e roof inspections and other contracting work. He has viewed commercial property for me so I knew what I was getting into. I just can't say enough about his ethics and professionalism. He is my go to and will be my contractor when I get the chance to build an ADU!
