I have worked with many contractors over the years in multiple states and on a variety of projects. Restoration Solutions is hands-down the best I have ever worked with. Here is why: Quality of work: Adam and crew are relentlessly dedicated to producing a quality outcome. If anything is even slightly wrong, they go back and make it right, and most of the time they know about it before you do. Communication: We have worked with Restoration Solutions on multiple projects, sometimes in tandem. Adam is available and responsive, lets you know what to expect and when, and has incredible attention to detail - he forgets nothing. At one point we had 3-4 different complex projects in progress and the invoicing/bookkeeping for these was accurate to the penny. Insurance claims: The most recent project we partnered with Adam on was a substantial insurance claim related to the recent April 2025 storm in Springfield. Adam spent hours personally walking the scene with my adjuster, and sent extensive documentation on supplementary claims to my insurance company. I sat back and just watched - he made a situation that could have been extremely time-consuming and stressful into something that was a weight off my mind. Quality of Partnerships: Restoration Solutions is a general contractor and as such, will leverage partnerships on occasion to help complete work, especially for larger jobs. Every partner that I interacted with during our project was of the highest quality and exhibited true professionalism. Moreover, Adam personally double and triple-checked their work, showing his commitment to personal accountability. Respect: Due to the nature of our project, much of the work took place inside of our home. Adam's crews were respectful of our privacy, pleasant to be around, and made an effort to leave the space clean and tidy to an extent I've never seen on a construction job before. Hard Work: Adam and his crews showed up even when there was a chance of rain and when it was incredibly hot. When they encountered unexpected challenges, they thoughtfully considered the problem and solved it. When the storm dropped a tree on our house, I thought it would be a year or more before things ever got back to normal. Our bathroom remodel was completed on time and is beautiful! Working with Adam and his crew was the easiest remolding experience we have ever had! From the quality of the work to his expertise and knowledge and communication Adam was attentive to the every detail. We highly recommend him for any job large or small!

Restoration Solutions closed in a covered back porch for us making it a sunroom off of our eat in kitchen. They installed Anderson 6' casement windows on two sides as well as an exterior door and storm door. Additional electrical was added to the room as well as a minisplit heat & air system. The walls were finished with ship siding as was the ceiling. A back step was added, the step out of the house was extended when the slider was removed and it all matched perfectly. What little siding was added was painted, as was the interior. Ceiling above what was the porch was insulated to help with heating and cooling expenses. Restoration Solutions offers ideas and options when putting the estimate together. Work was completed on time, on budget and they actually clean up after themselves. The entire project was a great experience. I highly recommend Adam and his crew. Yes, I would use Restoration Solutions LLC again in a heartbeat.

I would highly recommend Solutions Systems Inc for your home construction and restoration needs. I had damage to my home from the tornado on 04/30/2019. Adam was thorough in finding all the damage to my home. He kept me informed of when each issue would be fixed and who would be at my home every step of the way. He also helped me understand the insurance adjusters report as this was the first time I'd ever had a claim on my home for storm damage. I cannot thank him and his crew enough for the wonderful and quality work they did and their kindness.
