Had a fantastic experience with Top Tier installing a new shower update. Zach Hall came out to consult with us late last year and he was informative and trustworthy. It took a few weeks for all of the product to arrive but that was expected. Erik Gillette led the instillation process and he was fantastic - very knowledgeable and highly skilled. We ended up with a dream shower!

We had our first shower remodel done a couple weeks ago by Eric Gillette, our installer. His professionalism and strong work ethic was second to none. He explained the process fully, always checked to make sure we were happy with the progress and completed a very difficult bathroom remodel in only 2 days!We have already requested him to be our installer when we have our third bathroom shower and tub replaced! Kevin Newton was our salesperson who came out and went over all the options for us. After explaining everything, we decided to go with Top Tier Kitchens & Baths for our tub to walk in shower conversion. Kevin gave us an approximate timeline as to when to expect our install to begin. To our delight we received a call from Ben telling us our materials had arrived earlier than expected and we could proceed with the install. We then set up a date and time.Adam Cooper (our installer) called us on the day of install to inform us when he would arrive. Adam went over our order with us to make sure he had all the proper information and then proceeded to get to work. He put down drop cloths to protect our floors which was a relief to us. Adam worked nonstop removing our old tub and installing the new shower (even during rain showers). He was very clean and careful of our walls and floors while working and kept the dust to a minimum - cleaning up and leaving everything nice and tidy. He answered all of our questions and upon completion of the install, he went over the warranty and which cleaning products to use.We would highly recommend potential customers to request Adam as their installer. Thank you, Adam for your professionalism and knowledge.
