I have no problem with Creasy Construction. But if you receive a call from a Jeremy Wallace from Wallace Construction & he says that he was referred from here, PLEASE do NOT have him do any work for you. He took me & my wife for over $20,000 & then threatened to put a lien on our house if we didn't pay him more. So BEWARE!!! He does terrible work & is full of lies!!!!

I waited over six weeks for an estimate that never came, despite three follow-ups and their promises to get it to me several times. If they didn't want the job, just say so. I was in no hurry to do the work, just wanted to know what it would cost. If they hadn't come recommended, I'd have moved on much sooner. If they can't even do a bid properly, how would the work be?

Wanted a 720sf addition added to my home. Their bid was almost twice what everyone else's was. Everything was marked up and then at the bottom of their bid was another mark-up. they bid over $80k for 720sf and you could build a whole 2 bedroom home for $80. It also took them over a month to get the estimate to me and there was no communication back and forth. Except for me asking where the estimate was. Look around first before choosing these people.
