His Quote was very detailed and left a little wiggle room for price fluctuations. If I had not added a few extra finishing details we would have been right on budget!Brett was very quick to answer my questions and explain the process since I had never done any reno projects before.All of the trades people he sent to my home were professional and performed meticulous work. I kept hearing over and over from the trades people and inspectors how much everyone liked working with Brett, and I can see why. What you see is what you get, Brett has an eye for detail and a very creative mind. There were a couple times where I had an idea but not sure how to execute it and Brett was able to find a solution that met our needs AND looks great. Everyone who has seen my finished basement has commented on what a great job Brett did and how amazing it looks. Our basement development was crucial to our ability to see a future in this home. We purchased the home as a downsize but now with grandchildren arriving in the near future, realized we needed more day-to-day living space.
