On time & under budget! - Danny and Paul did an amazing job on our main floor renovation. Danny is an excellent project manager who makes sure that things get done and get done well. He has also built quite the network of excellent sub-trades who are very professional and responsive and worked with us through the whole process. Paul is an excellent Superintendent & carpenter who is very skilled at what he does. Prior to signing the contract, Danny provided us with a budget that was very reasonable compared to other contractors. As the project progressed and we made our selections, we were even able to add scope to the project and keep it all under budget in the end. In this time of supply chain issues, Danny made sure to advise us of when we needed to have our selections completed so that the project would stay on time. In the end, our project was completed exactly when Danny said it would. All and all, we are very happy with D&S Developments and would recommend them to everyone. We hired Danny and Paul to build us a new garage in 2022. The garage was an oversized double and the work included all permits, trenching electrical and gas to the garage (heated garage), and 10 ft high ceilings. They not only provided us with the best quote from all of the contractors we asked, but they were the most responsive, respectful and professional of the bunch. They did quality work throughout, used a great electrical and gas contractor, and even went above and beyond our original scope of work to ensure that they provided us with an amazing finished product. I would recommend them enthusiastically.

The boys did a great job installing the 16' wood columns for our new acreage home. They were also able to install the decorative trusses, even on the highest peak. They didn't blink an eye at the tasks we had to complete. We're looking forward to working with them again to install the snow rakes on our roof. Great company. They do what they say they're going to do and they show up on time.

My husband and I had no idea what we were getting into when we started our basement renovation. Danny and Paul walked us through every step of the way.
