I have just used their service a month ago. They are punctual, friendly and reasonably priced. You can read all the other reviews under for their services. I just want to mention one thing: I foster care cats for local humane society, so I have a "foster cat room" in the basement. This is where cats stay when they try to settle in the first few weeks. When Mike heard about this, he put in a small window so the cat can peek out and feel less bored. Please see picture below.
