This team is fantastic! The remodels are even more beautiful than I imagined. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to remodel, add a new fireplace or living room, or simply create a more aesthetically pleasing space in their home. Kyle is truly the best!

We recently had major renovations done to our bathroom, kitchen, and living room, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about this team.

The work was done with my mom in mind. She currently uses a walker and may need a wheelchair in the future, so accessibility was critical. They built a beautiful walk-in shower, installed a floating countertop that allows wheelchair access underneath, leveled all the floors, recarpeted, and fixed everything with incredible attention to detail. The space is not only functional and safe, but thoughtfully designed and beautifully executed.

Andrew was phenomenal. He is a true perfectionist, and you can see it in every detail of his work. Nothing felt rushed or sloppy. The entire team was detail-oriented, respectful, and clearly took pride in what they were doing.

It is incredibly stressful to trust a general contractor with a large, expensive renovation, especially when so much can feel uncertain. What stood out most was how accurate and consistent Kyle was from the very beginning. He stuck closely to what he quoted us, communicated clearly, and did an excellent job managing expectations. That level of reliability made a huge difference in easing the stress of trusting someone with a project of this size and with the quality of our home, which is our biggest asset.

They stayed within their time commitment, were very reasonably priced, and we genuinely felt cared for throughout the process. They are extremely trustworthy, which is not something I say lightly. These are now the people I would use for anything related to my home, without hesitation.

Kyle, in particular, operates with real integrity. He’s local to St. George, and it shows in how he treats people, honestly, fairly, and with care. He’s building his business the right way, and the whole team did superb work. I truly hope more people use their services because they absolutely deserve it.

I needed some new floors/shower pans in 2 different showers. They were moldy and didn’t drain properly. Custom Concepts Remodeling did a great job and the final result was amazing! Showers have funny angles and look so much better than before. The new hexagon tile Kyle suggested turned out perfect. They worked early and on weekends to finish in timely fashion. Very trustworthy!! My pics show before and after…I wish I had better lighting when I took them!
