Kyle helped me tremendously by installing a dog door into our wall and did an amazing job! I was surprised how quickly he was able to come out and love the job he did. He is pleasant and skilled and a really awesome guy. I’m super glad I found him for this job and any future jobs we’ll have. Highly recommend.

Kyle did a great job on my basement, I had major water damage with the LVL supports, underlayment and trusses from previous owner neglect of the sump system.
No one would touch the job because of the probable collapse of the upper floor while replacing these major supports.
Kyle arranged engineering to figuire out how to move forward safely replacing all materials.
He also installed a secodary Kitchen and upgraded the bathroom since everything had to be removed. Kyle is resoucefull with the local
vendors and contractors and was able to push us ahead with materials sooner. I thank him for fixing my 3 year nightmare and adding value back to my home.
He is a fit and finish guy and everything is up to code and inspected. I highly recommend his service.

We bought a home that needed repairs and some needed to be done rather quickly. We reached out to multiple companies and contractors and had many people come to our home to give us quotes. When we called these companies back to proceed with repairs, we were basically ghosted. Many of them said we will get back to you within a week and then they never called us back and when we would try to contact them again, we never got a response. So to google we went. Kyle had great reviews and so we reached out to him. He came to our home and then actually followed through with giving us a quote. We had a bathroom that was completely gutted because of roof leaking and mold under a shower. We needed someone that could do a total bathroom rebuild and quickly because we were down to 2x4’s. Kyle was there, getting done what needed to be done. When he said he would do something, he did it. When he said he would have a project done at a certain time, he had it done. Kyle is very meticulous and thinks of everything from top to bottom and beginning to end and makes sure you are aware of what is being done. He really listens to what you want and he makes it happen. If you aren’t sure on something, he gives his opinions and suggestions of what would work and what wouldn’t work, but in the end he lets you make the decision on what is done.
We have many other projects that need to be done in our home and KV Construction has lifelong customers in us.

Kyle constructed an accent wall for us with a linear fireplace and Tv. There was tile work involved in the floor and wall. The hearth and hearth face was done with quartz. There was going to be a big delay with getting the quartz…but Kyle worked very hard and was able to have it installed sooner than first anticipated.
Throughout the project Kyle was professional and was accountable and prompt and on time. He communicated regularly with us. His subs were good to work with as well.
We enjoyed getting to know Kyle. Our favorite saying when we think about him is “ this is not my first rodeo” !

Kyle is a true professional in every aspect of his business. He did an extensive remodel for us while we were out of town and we knew everything that was happening throughout the entire process. Kyle is easy to work with and even our neighbors looked forward to seeing him and his crews. We highly recommend KV Construction!
