Lannister Construction

We did a pretty extensive remodel in our living, kitchen and laundry area's....new flooring, added a fireplace, enlarged kitchen island, new counter tops, painted kitchen and laundry cabinets and added a 20 foot wall slide. From the very first meeting it was very clear that Todd was very capable of providing a great experience. We received everything in a detailed breakdown and we appreciated that so much. They had nothing to hide! Mycrae was our contact for the entire project once it started. He was great at keeping us up to date on changes and schedules. We are beyond happy with the end result and highly recommend Lannister!

We needed a deck rebuilt and our roof refinished. The deck was small and in horrible shape. It had a small extension of the roof over it so that it was shaded. They drew up plans to replace it but we decided to make it oversized and add on an extremely large roof piece to extend over the entire large deck.
They consulted with us the whole time and they worked to execute the project with all the custom ideas I had. They re-drew the plans, they took my idea of adding the roof piece on and it worked and they saw the whole project out from start to finish and we love it so much! They tore down the old deck, removed the roof add on and the roof shingles, dug out the area for the footings and poured cement and rebuilt the deck with the roof addition and custom add ons that we wanted.
One of the things my husband and I were appreciative of was pricing. They gave us a quote and then each month (it took a few months from start to finish, as it was a huge project) they would sit down with us, show us what things had costs, where we were with the budget, what was spent, what was left, etc. I was grateful for their upfront honesty on the construction costs, their contractor fees and knowing where we stood at all times.
I highly recommend them! It is a pain to have construction at your home for a long period of time, but when the finished product is everything you dreamed for, it makes the time in hind sight feel like it flew by and was totally worth it.

They came in a timely manner, completed the project when they said it would be done, and even came back to make sure we were happy about the results. Eric and Todd were great to work with. They answered their phones when I had questions and kept me in the loop about progress made.

I used the team at Lannister Construction for a few projects on a recent reno. Todd was super responsive and reliable. They did an amazing job at pulling up around some really ugly slate tile. it was a nasty job but they were super organized and left the place spotless. Also used them for a bunch of finish work. They really take pride in their work and it shows. Gary was really super to work with and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend the team at Lannister.
