We had an amazing experience building our new home and pool with New Wave Construction. From start to finish, the process was smooth-even while we were still working out of state!The standard features included with every build are incredible: tankless water heater; in-house central vacuum; high end appliances and light fixtures; beautiful tile floors; full landscaping, and irrigation. It honestly felt like getting upgrades without paying “upgrade” prices.Our foreman, Josh Lee, was (and continues to be) responsive, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Working with Andy Palmer and the entire New Wave team has been a pleasure. They truly cared about getting every detail right.This is our dream retirement home and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend New Wave Construction!

Building our home and pool with New Wave was an amazing experience. From start to finish. Great communication, quality, and sub contractors. Josh Lee is a Great guy, and was very easy to work with. Not only was the finished product amazing but it was completed in a very reasonable time. From when we started plans to the day we moved in was just over 6 months. I’d recommend New Wave 10/10 times to anyone.
