We had such a great experience working with Billy Croghan and his team at Croghan Home. They recently helped us transform our back deck area into a much more functional and enjoyable space. We have two decks, one located off the master bedroom on the second floor and one off the kitchen on the first floor. Since purchasing our 1904 home two years ago, we’ve dealt with poor drainage from the second-floor deck. Every time it rained, the water would run down the side of the house and onto the first-floor deck roof.Billy and his team quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a smart, lasting solution. They installed a proper metal roof with flashing and gutters, not only fixing the drainage problem but also giving us the ability to grill comfortably on our first-floor deck even during rainstorms. Their work was completed efficiently, professionally, and with great attention to detail.The end result exceeded our expectations. Not only does it function perfectly, but the sound of the rain on the new metal roof has become one of our favorite things about the house.Billy and his crew were kind, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work.
