TriplePoint to the rescue! When my house flooded with 6 inches of water from hurricane Helene, the first thing I did after notifying my insurance company was call Neal Fiske at TriplePoint. Neal had built a home for me in 2013. Then in 2022 he beautifully renovated my current home. I knew I could rely on TriplePoint after Helene damaged that home. And sure enough, TriplePoint crews were on site within days of the flood to help begin restoration. Due to their meticulous project management Neal and Project Manage Tiffany McCue had all the data from my 2022 renovation (doors, paint colors, trim, appliances, etc.) and had everything ordered and ready for installation as soon as trades permitted. The house was restored to its original beautifully built condition, and done in such a timely manner that I was able to enjoy Christmas at home. It is impossible for me to describe how excellent the customer service is at TriplePoint. They are reliable beyond belief. And their dedication to excellence in work product is beyond reproach. As a third time customer, I can say this enthusiastically.
