We hired BD Builders to renovate our 4,500 square foot commercial office space. I own a residential solar business, so I spend most of my time focusing on delivering a great customer experience and I can very happily say Besim and his team delivered an awesome experience and finished product. The quality of the work is top notch, and they paid extreme attention to detail, fixing things that I didn't notice to make them absolutely perfect. Besim was on site every day, from start to finish. They worked overtime to meet our deadline, and really went above and beyond for us. There is nothing more I could have asked for, they truly exceeded my expectations by a mile. I decided to make several changes as we went, and Besim not only accommodated all of them but was helpful in the design process and made suggestions to keep us within budget.

You can see in one of the photos, the space was basically wide open and had some pretty basic blue commercial carpet. Besim helped us design the space to maximize the number of desks, meeting spaces, build out 3 additional private offices, run all of the electric and internet, install glass, new flooring which included both LVT and carpeting, install wood paneling which looks great and helps with sound, paint everything including the HVAC and windows black which made a huge difference, install a completely new kitchen and island, create a hidden door to conceal the utility closet, hang TVs including a mount with a motor on it, install shelving, create a custom entrance feature, and probably a dozen other things I am forgetting. They even helped us with deliveries, assembling furniture, and moving from our other office.

If you are looking for a contractor, I would highly recommend going with BD Builders. The transparency on pricing, attention to detail, ease of working with, and quality of work will not leave you disappointed. Thanks to a most fortuitous recommendation, I first hired BD Builders to install shower doors in my home. Since they did such a great job, were very efficient, very professional, respectful, and reasonably priced, I decided to hire them again to work on the exterior of my home (trim replacement, painting, etc).
