A & Co recently replaced my father's roof and had to re-do his dormers. It was a lot of work and they did an exceptional job! Amy would send photos and updates along the way. We highly recommend them for your roofing and construction needs!
A & Co renovated my mother's home at the end of 2021 and first part of 2022. This was done in the winter so we had a few delays due to rain, ice and snow. I had to sell our family property and I was having no luck getting contractors who were willing to work, give an estimate or even show up. I called Amy in tears and told her I needed help as I had a broken leg and I needed to get the house renovated and sold to finish settling the estate.Amy and Eric came and said yes. She did the design and Eric found mistakes and poor work where I had already hired a plumber to do some work. They actually plumbed through a rotten beam, they dealt with the plumbing company for me. In the meantime, they gutted the bathroom and kitchen. Rearranged the bath to be more roomy and easier to access and redesigned the kitchen. All the floors were refinished, doors were replaced, the pocket door was fixed properly, the fireplace was inspected, cleaned and had a chimney cap installed the back stoop became a porch/patio. The gutters were redone. The yard was graded and the retaining wall was replaced. My parents built this house in 1968 and other than the roof, carpet and paint, nothing had been done since. Even the appliances were from 1968. We had a contract, I made a down payment on the work and draws were done as work was inspected. They took care of the permits and inspections and all of Amy's decorating suggestions were spot on. The only thing I needed to do was to help with picking out light fixtures. My mother would have loved the decor. It was now light and airy and updated. The house sold quickly to new owners who I hope will be there as long as my family. The property had been in my family for 88 years and I left 8 acres with the house. She even dealt with the buyer when they had questions about warranties.A & Co did such a great job, I have hired them to do some things for me this fall. I am having a deck built, window and door replacements, a new front porch and a bath remodel. They have obtained the permits and are scheduling the inspections. They are doing the work plus dealing with all the subs.One of my friends hired them to renovate a 1928 cottage as he broke his femur and needs everything on one floor. That one is going to be really nice, too when it is finished in another couple of weeks.They have become good friends and I highly recommend them.
ACO recently completed repairs and consolidated our two offices…. yes, they even did a move too! All completed ahead of timeline and under budget. Will use them again.
