Our project involved demolition of an attached garage and a small deck, followed by construction of an attached house addition on the old-garage footprint, an adjacent detached garage, and a much larger deck.

Mark and his highly-skilled five-man carpenter crew (icluding Mark's two sons), and the various sub-contractors, pulled this off beautifully, with superb craftsmanship and a very attractive finished product. One thing that surprised us is that all of Mark's team and most of the subs are young guys in therr 30s and 40s, which makes a difference in worker productivity. And a final point: Mark's guys work so harmoniously as a team, anticipating each other's next-step needs, that it almost looked like they were choreographed. We could not be happier.

Mark Jones construction is a top notch builder, he is always on time and does great work. He is easy going and wonderful to work with. I give him off the wall projects to do and he always come through with a wonderful ending. I gave him an old concrete building and some old windows and ask him to make me a greenhouse and it is absolutely gorgeous! I couldn’t have ask for anything better. He has also done other projects for me and he is the only contractor I trust.
